Who We Are

StayProactive Consulting Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16779132. For any privacy question, email stephanie@stayproactive.co.uk or call 07920 859300.

What We Collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you contact us through the enquiry form, by email or by phone, that can include:

• your name, job title, and the hotel or group you work for
• your email address and phone number
• what you need help with, and anything else you include in your message

We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and this website doesn't set cookies.

How We Use It

• to reply to your enquiry and arrange a call or a free enquiry audit
• to prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to deliver and manage that work
• to keep a record of our business correspondence

Under UK GDPR, we rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract with you or your organisation, and our legitimate interest in running and developing our business. We will never sell your information or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who We Share It With

We only share your information with trusted providers who help us run the business, such as our email provider, the service that processes our website form, or where we are legally required to. Some providers may process data outside the UK, and where they do, it is protected by appropriate safeguards.

How Long We Keep It

If an enquiry doesn't lead to working together, we delete it within 12 months. If we do work together, we keep records for as long as we need to deliver the work and meet our legal and accounting obligations, usually six years.

Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or ask for it to be transferred. To do any of these, email stephanie@stayproactive.co.uk and we will reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
